Key Job Accountabilities:
 
  • Initiate and develop long standing relationships with all Local Schools, with the endorsement of the Qatari Supreme Education Council.
  • Design and manage school specific activations for the implementation by the Community Events Department
  • Provide a consistent working and beneficial relationship with targeted schools to encourage match day attendance and support.  
  • Liaise and interact with Club Audience and Marketing officers to engage with the endeavours and relations built by the Community Relations Department.
  • Liaise and encourage the commitment of the Audience and Marketing Officers to assist with various components of the Goalz Project.
  • Liaise and foster a strong working relationship with the provider of the Goalz project and its working relationship with the local schools. 
  • Compile and distribute comprehensive post event activation reports for all relevant QSL Stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  • Provide support to both the Director of Events, Head of Community Relations and Community Relations Specialist when and where required.
  •  Take appropriate actions on any additional related tasks that may be assigned by supervisors

Experience ·         2 years’ experience in the field of Events Management
·         Good understanding of the Football Culture within Qatar (preferred)
·         Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
·         Strong understanding of Project Management Principles
·         Strong understanding of Workplace, Health and Safety Practices
·         Understanding of Sports Management Practices
·         Basic accounting practices

 
Qualifications ·         Bachelor’s Degree
